- Reservation and Payment:
1.1. By making a reservation with Miami Glam Experience LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The total amount for your reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy:
2.1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the reservation date are eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before the reservation date are eligible for a 50% refund.
2.3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the reservation date.

3.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up to date. We will use this information to communicate with you regarding your reservation.
- Changes to Reservations:
4.1. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- Liability:
5.1. Miami Glam Experience LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property that may occur during your experience with us.
- Age Restrictions:
6.1. Some of our experiences may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet any age requirements specified for the experience you book.
